As an independent consultant, designed an online host-training course for Airbnb and a consumer credit-skills online course for RevolutionCredit. Built a blended learning curriculum for Leidos Corporation to support a new internal business process. Designed and wrote part of a customer representative onboarding ILT course for Republic Services. For Microsoft, designed and built a two-day instructor-led workshop for ATS Academy (Sales), designed a two-day sales summit, and built online courses for device demand planning and promotions.

Created product specification for new line of Classroom Lesson Plans for IT Academies designed to transform short e-learning courses into quarter-length classroom experiences mapped to the US Common Core. Planned and shipped lesson plans for Office for Mac, Windows 8.1, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access. Managed relationship with development team at Online Training Solutions Inc.
